Additionally, the diverse and customizable Android ecosystem, along with its lack of standardization, presents major challenges for app developers, especially with older, unsupported models.

Moreover, Android accounts for all cases of app piracy, allowing users to bypass systems to access our apps for free, which is impossible on Apple devices. This results in significant revenue losses.

Rather than face potential negative feedback from Android users over apps that don’t consistently perform well, incur piracy losses, and bear high development costs that put us at a deficit, we have decided to focus exclusively on iOS. This allows us to optimize our resources for one platform rather than spread them across two.

Do I need to open the VIRTUOZ app before each use?

Once paired with your phone and configured to your preferences, there’s no need to open the VIRTUOZ app before every performance. The smart button automatically connects to your apps and app clips.

Is an internet connection required to use VIRTUOZ?

For magnet detection and your phone’s applications, NO. For borrowed phone app clips, YES. Downloading the app clip (3 seconds max) requires minimal internet speed for that brief moment.

What is the battery life of VIRTUOZ?

When continuously on and with intensive vibration use, battery life is approximately 18 hours. For normal use, it can last several weeks.

Can I switch between applications?

Yes, VIRTUOZ detects and connects automatically to the app in the foreground. You can keep other apps running in the background, and a simple swipe allows you to switch between them.

What is VIRTUOZ’s connection range?

The range is approximately 10 meters (Bluetooth 5.0) between VIRTUOZ and an iPhone in an open field.
